A Glimpse of Central Park- New York City

Hey guys! I know it has been forever since my last post, but here I am making up for the lost time. I hope you all still remember me, don’t you? 🙂 Well, I’ll be sharing with you one of my favorite aspects of vacationing last year in the United States.

Generally speaking, United States is a pretty huge continent to conquer. Think about North and South America. It has around 50 States wherein each State could be as large enough to be called another country because of its size. If you’ll compare it to Europe, distance wise from neigbhoring countries isn’t that bad. For instance, if you are situated in Poland—specifically Wroclaw City, traveling to Germany by car only takes about 3 hours or so. Same is true if you’re en route to Prague, Czech Republic. So, what I’m saying is, United States has been more than challenging for me as a sole traveler. On a side note, that made the journey more interesting and worthwhile.

Ohhh by the way, it took me 9 hours as far as I could recall to get to New York from California. Again, think about from WEST Coast to EAST Coast. I remember the lady telling me at the check in counter that I’ll have a long day ahead of me during that flight. However, I did not despair—- my mind was more of on high, like literally drugged from euphoria. Indeed, it was a long journey to behold.

If you happen to be in New York or you’re rather comtemplating on visiting the place, CENTRAL PARK is a must-see. I had a chance to get a glimpse of it just a few hours before I took my flight back to Poland. And I must say, it was kinda weird being in a rush because all I had in mind was to get to JFK airport on time and not be delayed for any circumstance. My cousin (Ate LeAnn) had this very idea since a week long vacation in New York was not even close to seeing all the beautiful spots the city had in store for its tourists. I wish I had more than enough time I needed. As always, every vacay has to end, mine ended in just 5 days— kinda big deal if you wanna stay longer yet you can’t.
